European Passport Office provides private advisory services relating to European citizenship and residency opportunities. We do not operate as a mass-market immigration platform, and we accept only a limited number of clients each year.

2. Eligibility

Every inquiry begins with a confidential eligibility review. Acceptance is at our sole discretion, and we may decline to proceed where a profile is unlikely to meet the requirements of the relevant jurisdiction. The preliminary self-certification completed before an inquiry is not a determination of eligibility.

3. No Guarantee of Outcome

Citizenship decisions are made exclusively by the relevant government authorities. Neither European Passport Office nor any associated professional can guarantee the outcome of an application, its approval, or the timing of a decision. Any stated timeline reflects typical experience for qualifying profiles and is not a contractual commitment.

4. Fees and Costs

Our advisory fee is separate from any government investment requirement or official fee. The full fee structure is explained privately, before you commit to anything. Government fees are paid directly to the relevant authority and are outside our control.

5. Confidentiality

All inquiries are handled privately, and all communications are treated as strictly confidential. We do not disclose client identities, and we do not publish client outcomes without written consent.

6. No Legal or Tax Advice

Nothing on this website, or communicated in an initial conversation, constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should obtain independent professional advice specific to your circumstances before making any commitment.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, European Passport Office shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from reliance on information provided on this website or in preliminary communications.
